Director, writer & actress Famke Janssen decided to film her original screenplay in Oklahoma City, and Naifeh Fine Jewelry provided jewelry for many of the scenes, some of which were shot right across the street at Casady School.
Marcia Cross, of Desperate Housewives fame, stars with Milla Jovovich and Bill Pullman. Marcia liked some of the pieces she saw on set so much that she made the trip to my store and purchased items for crew members as well as herself. Marcia purchased several bands from Sylva et Cie, pictured here as well as Emily Armenta.
Executive producer, Renee Knox, purchased Emily Armenta for Milla Jovovich, who employed Renee's daughter during the shoot this summer. Other favorites that went out the door with Marcia and her best friend were diamond studs and a one of a kind carved quartz pendant & necklace in 22kt yellow gold designed by me.
Having a bit of Hollywood here in OKC was fun for many of my friends this summer, including David and Maryann Johndrow, who also served as executive producers for the film. David and Maryann hosted Milla Jovovich and others at the kickoff party on Lake Hefner which featured wines from Johndrow Vineyards.
