Peggy Upham is a local Oklahoma artist from Tulsa, and married to Steadman Upham, the president of the University of Tulsa. As a TU graduate, I was surprised and delighted to learn that Peggy is an accomplished silver-smith who has a devoted following in our sister city down the turnpike!
